What is included?
Your Commitments in the Crew Residency Program
20 hours work exchange per week.

In different departments, such as kitchen, land and recycling, marketing, events, cashiers etc.
A minimum one month commitment.

​We are looking for longer term relationships - if it’s a fit from both sides, we’d love you to stay for a longer term with us and find individual agreements.
A cost of $25 day per day.
​
Reduced price for Costa Rican Nationals.
Cleanliness
Participating in keeping the communal spaces nice and tidy.
