What is included?
Your Commitments in the Team Residency
Approximately 20 hours of scheduled work each week. (Up to 25 hours max depending on retreats/events)
Stewards typically handle progam/event doors, cafe cashier shifts and simple kitchen help.
A minimum of 3 months commitment.
We are looking for longer term relationships - if it’s a fit from both sides, we’d love you to stay for a longer term with us and find individual agreements.
Mutual honoring of value exchange.
The work exchange fully covers private accommodation, 1 meal daily, free or discounted access to all programming. A $1200 value per month (or more!)
$300 security deposit required.
High level of personal responsibility and excitement to be part of a team!
Participation in keeping the communal and personal spaces clean and welcoming.
