Balance the Sun and Moon within - practicing yoga as a path of integration. Experience various yoga practices throughout the week that address body, mind and spirit. - led by Zamir.
Classes include:
Depending on the day, classes can include Asana flows, Pranayama, Meditation, Mantra, Yin, Kundalini, Restorative and other yoga practices. Our classes are progressive in levels of challenge and blend yoga theory into practice.
