Voice Activation - BRIBRI SONG WORKSHOP

The Bri Bri Indigenous Voice Activation Workshop is a 2.5-hour immersive experience that connects participants with the ancestral songs of the Bribri indigenous people. Led by knowledgeable facilitators, the workshop combines storytelling, somatic song activation, and song channeling practices. Through engaging narratives, participants learn about the cultural significance of the songs and their role in the Bribri community. They engage in somatic exercises to embody the essence of the music and explore vocal expressions. Guided meditation and vocal exploration allow participants to open themselves to ancestral energies and unlock their potential as channels for transmission. The workshop fosters a deep connection to ancestral roots and a commitment to preserving indigenous traditions.
