Meet your facilitator:

Gigi, a somatic, fitness loving Yogi and deeply passionate space holder. As a certified SomaBreath Coach, Gigi leads transformative movement & breath journeys across the UK. Weaving her passion for functional movement, spirituality, breath and deep ambient dub music into everything she does, taking you on a journey that unleashes your power and taps into your inner pharmacy of health and well-being. Having navigated severe health trauma in her early 30’s and coming face to face with her own mortality, her experience with somatics and breath has shown her its immense power as a healing tool for trauma and an anchor to re-connect us back into our bodies. Her mission is for everyone to feel happy, healthy and ALIVE in their bodies.
