About Lalitā Vega: Lalitā started practicing yoga and studying yoga philosophy from the age of 16. She has completed 5 certifications in yoga, and she completed a 2-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
