About the event
Balance the Sun and Moon within - practicing yoga as a path of integration. Experience various yoga practices throughout the week that address body, mind and spirit.
Aileen is guiding our Yoga Classes on Mondays and Fridays 9.00 - 10.15am.
She has been practicing yoga for 15 years and is a graduate of the TRU yoga school. She offers an all-levels holistic hatha yoga class including meditation, breathing exercises (pranayama) and postures (asana). Aileen connects deeply with yoga’s ancient cultural and spiritual roots and honors that connection by sharing yoga with others.
