Through breath, movement, sound, and family constellations, we will journey together into the heart of loss ~ transforming sorrow into connection, remembrance, and renewal.

Grief is not something to fix or move past. It is a sacred current of life that reveals what we love most and what still connects us to each other and the Earth. Together, we will create a circle of remembrance, where silence and laughter, tears and beauty, can coexist. We’ll honor what has been lost - loved ones, dreams, ancestors, species, and ways of being - and open the way for love to flow freely once again through the family and collective soul.

You Will Experience:

• Gentle somatic and sound-based practices to move emotion through the body.

• Ritual tools for expressing, releasing, and honoring grief.

• Family constellation exercises to restore the flow of love through your lineage.

• A safe, inclusive space.

• A sense of belonging to the great human story ~ where grief becomes gratitude.

Join us for a powerful Family Constellations Workshop. This group process explores ancestral healing, life transitions, and soul remembrance ~ revealing hidden dynamics behind emotional patterns, blocks, and decisions to bring deep insight and resolution.

We close the day with a Forgiveness Fire following the afternoon session.

About Family Constellations

Family Constellations is a powerful experiential model of ancestral, family, and generational healing. In a non-judgmental, co-creative, and sacred space, we explore the hidden dynamics of your family system that may be influencing your present-day life.

Through guided exercises, vignettes, and constellation processes, we open a portal to the ancestral field—where healing becomes possible, connections are restored, and love begins to flow freely once again. We access the strength and wisdom of our ancestors so their voices may be heard, allowing the family soul to move forward in love.

Heather Soleil Dowling, LCSW

Heather is a psychotherapist, teacher, and spiritual mentor who integrates mindfulness, somatic experiencing, expressive arts, yoga, and family constellations into her work. She supports individuals and communities in reconnecting with authenticity, resilience, and the wisdom of the body and spirit. Guided by decades of personal and professional practice, Heather offers a compassionate, embodied approach to healing that honors both science and soul, helping others transform pain into purpose and reclaim their innate wholeness.
