This special day is for anyone who wants to go beyond “I love the smell of this oil” into direct dialogue with the plant queendom. You’ll learn a simple, powerful process to sense, choose, and work with essential oils in a way that’s deeply personal, grounded, and empowering.

Through guided practices, somatic tracking, aroma point therapy, and plant meditation, you’ll learn how to listen to the voice of each plant, receive its medicine, and bring that guidance into your daily life.

Why This Immersion?

Essential oils are not just tools — they are living intelligences. They carry the memory of ancient forests, the resilience of roots, the generosity of flowers. When we slow down enough to listen, they speak in a universal language that bypasses the mind and speaks directly to the body and soul.

This immersion is my way of passing on what the plants have given me—the ability to bridge the gap between the seen and unseen, to bring their guidance into the physical world, and to let their medicine shape who I am becoming.  

Arc Of Flow:

Morning Session

• The Science & the Mystery of Smell — How essential oils travel through your nervous system, physiology, and subtle body to shift your state. As well as safety and practical guidelines to know what oils to use, dilutions, storage and more.

• Energetic Fragrance Profiling — Tuning your nose to recognize “notes” that reveal the plant’s physical and emotional gifts. Learning the energetic direction or movement they can create in our psyche and soma.

• Somatic Tracking — Noticing the sensations, images, memories, and emotions that arise with each scent. Bridging the connection of  how they unlock our psychic-somatic/Claire’s to our nervous systems response.

• Hands-On AromaPoint Therapy — A meeting of plant spirit and body wisdom. With each drop placed on a specific acupoint, the fragrance becomes a messenger, turning on the vibrational medicine of the plant and the subtle intelligence of the point. This gentle yet powerful ritual invites stillness, restores harmony, and clears the inner pathways for insight.

We will have a one-hour break for lunch - Vegan, gluten-free meal from our Café Cora is included in the rate.

Afternoon Session

• Plant Meditation — enter a receptive state to listen for the plant’s message through sensation, images, and knowing.

• Personal Oil Selection — learn to choose oils based on energetic needs, elemental balance, and intuitive guidance.

• Hands-On AromaPoint Therapy — Spinal Treatment– for quelling existential anxiety and rooting us in the present moment.

• Integration Practices — journaling, sharing, and embodying the medicine received.

• Closing Circle — weaving together our experiences and setting intentions for working with oils at home.

The Container

This is not just a workshop — it’s a living conversation with the plant queendom. We’ll create a field of generosity, reciprocity, and shared curiosity, allowing your body and senses to guide you toward the oils that are truly meant for you.

We will also give and receive aroma point therapy treatments.

What I Want To Share With You

For years, I have listened to the plants — not just with my mind, but with my whole body.

The plant spirits have been some of my greatest teachers, guiding me into a creation-in-progress — an educational yet deeply poetic body of work that will become the Bliss Embodied Oracle Cards.

These cards are born from my attempt to honor these transmissions, weaving together accredited knowledge with the poetic messages the plants give me from hours of quiet, fragrant communion, where each plant offers me an impression of how they wish to be known, their fragrance as a voice, their chemistry as a touch, their spirit as a guide.

I am a Healing Arts Practitioner and facilitator with over 25 years of experience at Body Oracle — an approach that blends energy medicine, structural bodywork, Chinese Medicine, mediumship & plant spirit communication, somatic therapy, authentic relating & principles from core energetics.

My work is about guiding people back into deep trust with their own bodies and the wisdom that lives there.

In my own journey, plants have been faithful companions, whispering truths in fragrance, unlocking emotion through touch, and reminding me of the ancient bond between humans and the green world.

In this immersion, I’ll guide you into that same dialogue, so you can hear, feel, and receive the plants in your own unique way.

When we listen closely, the plants speak through us — offering medicine for our bodies, our emotions, and our souls.
