This workshop is designed to make you a more capable mover and dancer, both individually and as part of a group.

Who Should Attend?
Movers and dancers of all levels will find value in this workshop. Expect to be challenged physically and mentally, and expect to grow in the face of that challenge.
Workshop Levels
This workshop is titled "Level 2" because it is the second of two workshops. "Level 1" is taught on March 27th - and Level 2 will build upon themes from Level 1. Both Level 1 and Level 2 will be accessible and challenging for all levels. Beginners are encouraged to participate in Level 1 in order to be more confident for Level 2.
Meet Forrest:
Forrest is a movement practitioner of the Ido Portal lineage. He’s been a part of the CI world for 10 years and has facilitated CI classes at Awake since 2023. He takes a holistic and general approach to movement by exploring the extremes of Yin/Yang, fast/slow, hard/soft, etc. As a facilitator, his style is to be straightforward and pragmatic.
