ELEONORA, the founder of Heart Soul Whole Yoga, is an E-RYT 500, a certified counselor from the Gestalt Centre in London, certified women's embodiment coach and SE (Somatic Experiencing) & Somatic Movement Facilitator. An embodied leader and medicine woman.

For the past decade, she has worked with many different populations, including refugee and asylum-seeking women in England and students at the London Buddhist Centre where she offered Tantra Philosophy and Yoga workshops over 10 years ago at the beginning of her growing into the Holistic Healing Arts.

She was introduced to Somatic Movement & CDI (Contact Dance Improvisation) by her mentor, the International Dance Yoga Therapist, Sound and Embodiment Facilitator, Krista Koster.

She studied SE (Somatic Experiencing) in-depth, and as a SM Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Cacao facilitator she has been in service while traveling to many continents for the past 14 years.

She has 10+ years of experience teaching in some of the most prominent studios in India, Indonesia, Europe and Central America.

Today she offers in-person one-on-one and group sessions in Dominical and Uvita & in-person one-on-one in her studio in Platanillo.
