About the event
Dance yourself alive! In Biodanza, the “dance of life”, we deepen connection with ourselves, our community and the universe through movement, music and authentic expression. No experience needed.
About Angela:
Angela is an emerging facilitator from the School of Biodanza Rhode Island, USA (Sistema Rolando Toro). She has studied various dance forms in childhood. Biodanza cracked her open for the first time to feeling fully alive: connecting with self, with other humans, and with the universe. Her personal transformation through Biodanza inspired her passion to share this healing art broadly, creating intentional community through dance.
