This Friday at Awake, we invite you to explore your desires with us in our "Authentic Connection" Workshop. The theme DESIRE may provoke excitement, longing, shyness, or even shame. How do we express and hold our desires so that another can hear them safely with spaciousness and freedom to choose? That’s where we’ll play - and who knows - you may even fulfill a desire or two. :) Sequoia will be facilitating and has shared Authentic Connection at communities like Awake, Pachamama, and Tierramor. Authentic Connection blends the practices of Contact Improv, Contact Beyond Contact, Authentic Relating, and Circling. Come to feel the wholeness of our human experience in a brave space together.
