Authentic Connection Workshop with Sequoia

This Friday, we invite you to join us in the important practice of Authentic Relating with an "Authentic Connection" Workshop. The theme for this week’s practice is DEEP PLAY. How can our inner adult hold enough space for our inner child to play? What kind of depth of connection can come from letting ourselves be seen in our wholeness? We will explore how to connect to ourselves and each other through play and authentic expression, while learning tools to hold ourselves and each other in these open-hearted spaces.
