Join the Awakener Journey! Awake is now offering a guided and all-inclusive, week-long immersion into all of our community practices & celebrations. Each week, you and your fellow Journeyers receive support to come into connection and accelerate our collective awakening together! Each week’s theme adds a new flavor to our menu of practices & celebrations like Authentic Relating, Circling, Breathwork, Ecstatic Dance, Martial Arts, Cacao Ceremony, Conscious Creating, Nature Excursions, Kirtan and Live Music…You are the change you seek!

Living in community cultivates relational mastery. At Awake, our weekly practices of Circling & Authentic Relating create open lines of communication. We learn to take ownership of our experiences in order to feel self-empowered, and to relate spaciously. In this peaceful space of self-acceptance, we feel safe to come closer to ourselves, and to others.

This week includes all of Awake’s standard spaces and offerings. Unique offerings this week include deep dives into the practices of Circling & Authentic Relating, Contact Improv, and sessions in Core Energetics.

7 Nights Accommodation

From our Casa Cora Rooms to the beloved Shakti Bus to a private River Casita, there are different and unique accommodations for your needs and budget to choose from.

Full Awake Programming

Daily meditation and yoga, breathwork, authentic relating, ecstatic dance, cacao ceremonies, kirtan, martial arts, conscious creating workshops, live music and more are held weekly at Awake!

Full Meal Plan with daily vigh-vibe meals

We serve plant-based, gluten-free, organic, homemade delicious food. We source from local farmers and freshly prepare it with devotion and love in our Café Cora. You will receive 3 meals daily (except Sundays where there is breakfast and lunch but no dinner). Tea and coffee also included.

Nature Excursions & Trips

Every Journey includes at least one epic excursion into the lush surroundings here in Uvita, Costa Rica. Join waterfall and beach adventures and trips to the weekly local farmers market!

A Guided, Intimate Group

All Journeys are limited to 14 guests and guided by talented and caring hosts from the Awake team.  Each journey features regular circles and closed containers just for the Journeyers.
