Sound Healing Journey

Isamar’s unique expression of sound therapy is a sacred offering of love, intention, and deep healing. Through a carefully curated symphony of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments, she creates an immersive vibrational experience that transcends words. Each tone is an invitation… a gentle caress for the soul… that calls you home to yourself.

As the external world softens and the mind grows still, the body becomes a receptive vessel for healing. These healing frequencies bypass mental resistance and travel directly into the nervous system, cells, and energy field, helping to release stored emotions, dissolve energetic blockages, and bring the body back into harmony. Many experience profound emotional releases, spiritual insights, and a rekindled sense of peace during and after a session.

Sound healing isn’t just a passive experience… it’s a journey into the heart. It activates the body’s natural capacity for self-healing, nurturing the heart space, and expanding your connection to unconditional love. Over time, sound therapy can support deep emotional balance, reduce anxiety, promote better sleep, enhance mental clarity, and awaken a more grounded, loving presence within.

About Isamar:

Isamar was born and raised in a small town in Costa Rica. In 2011, at the age of 19, she began living and traveling all over Asia seeking out the knowledge and wisdom of all the holistic arts. Having received multiple yoga teacher trainings in India, Thailand, and China, as well as extensive trainings in sound healing, meditation, breathwork, numerous body work methodologies, and a long training in the art of Authentic relating, her journey of self healing has transformed into a path of service. In 2020 she returned to Costa Rica and has been an active member in the healing community in the southern jungles of the Osa peninsula.

Soundhealing takes place every other Tuesday evening throughout the rainy season!
