Sound healing can be traced back to ancient civilizations such as Egypt, Greece, and India.  In these cultures, sound was used as a tool for healing and spiritual transformation. The sound vibrations and frequencies heal your body on a spiritual and cellular level.  The interconnection between brainwaves and sound frequencies serves as a gateway to unlocking the brain’s innate capacity for self-regulation and restoration.

Research shows that sound healing can slow down our brain waves and put our bodies into a very relaxed, dreamlike state where our breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure decrease.  This helps our immune system function more efficiently, relaxes our nervous system, reduces our stress hormones and triggers the release of feel-good chemicals in the brain.
