Morning Process

In this morning proccess class (where the heart leads the way), through heARTistic expression (i.e music, dance, acting, martial arts) you will connect, feel and re-align with your heart’s true vibe and knowing. There will be a space to journal your heart’s messages for the week ahead.

When you are in alignment with your heart, you will ultimately feel dope in who you BE, receive clarity for where you yearn to grow, and open up to the reality you desire to call IN.
