Martial Arts for Inner Peace and Play is inspired by Systema 5D, which expands traditional Russian martial arts beyond combat skills, integrating mindfulness, self-mastery, spiritual growth and play for holistic well-being.
While retaining physical skills like striking and grappling, it incorporates breath control and relaxation methods within a framework of resilience, expanded awareness, and self-compassion.
Rooted in ancient healing practices, Systema 5D empowers individuals to navigate modern life challenges with grace, ease and authenticity, offering a practical & holistic approach to personal development and alignment with Unity Consciousness.
