Fun Dance Course for Children aged 6 to 12

In the dancing classes, your children will experience the following: 

• They are going to experience what it feels like to be a dancer. 
• They will explore, dance, have fun, romp around, express themselves fully and authentically through music, movement, and also through co-creation with other friends in a safe and loving space. 
• They will cultivate their bodies, emotions, minds, and spirits. 
• They will develop their skills in authentic self-expression, dance, and moving their bodies through life. 
• They will become more confident and aware of the beauty and power within themselves. 
• They will be given the space to connect with the dancer within them.

All classes are led by Jana. This course is designed as a journey of 11 classes. You can also come for a drop-in class.
