Are you ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, supported by gentle guidance, group connection, and the healing power of music?
Contact Beyond Contact is a dance and healing practice open to all to find connection with ourselves, each other, within a community and the world.
In CBC the movement and the shared energy becomes the embodied communication for this true connection, a metaphor for how we wish to dance through life and co-create with each other.
Some of our magic phrases in the practice: clear intention, integrity, clear beginning, clear ending, boundaries, leading, following, listening, presence.
Who are CBC sessions for?
CBC sessions are open to all – whether you are an experienced dance practitioner/ healer or a complete beginner to dance, holistic and spiritual practices – CBC welcomes you to experience and practice. The sessions offer you a non-judgmental space to discover and deepen your relationship within yourself, with others and the world around you. The skills and tools are all inclusive and take each individual into account, making it a practice available for all bodies and people of varying professional, cultural and religious backgrounds.
Your facilitator
Anna is a movement practitioner, yoga teacher, somatic mentor and Contact Beyond Contact Level 3 facilitator. Through the tools and skills of CBC, she gently guides us on a profound journey of self-discovery—creating a safe, non-judgemental space where stillness and movement are equally honored as pathways to deep connection with ourselves, each other and the world.
