About the Event

Ceremonia is a long-form ceremonial dance journey guided by GaiYatra — an invitation to move beyond the rush of short sets and enter a deeper, more intentional arc of sound, movement, and presence.

This gathering is designed as a ritual in motion. We begin slowly, with intention, allowing the space and the collective field to settle. From there, the journey unfolds organically through music, rhythm, and embodied exploration — creating room to travel through emotion, sensation, and shared connection.

This is not a party.

It is not a performance.

It is a shared ceremony shaped by the people who arrive.

The Experience

Ceremonia offers a 2.5-hour uninterrupted dance journey, guided in real time. There is no fixed playlist, no forced peaks, and no predetermined outcome. The music breathes, softens, deepens, and rises again — responding to what is alive in the room.

The arc moves through heart-felt ceremonial music, organic and mystical soundscapes, tribal and bass-heavy grooves, playful and tender moments, darker depths, and ecstatic release. As the evening unfolds, the space gradually shifts into a more intimate, low-lit atmosphere, supporting deeper immersion, expansion, and integration.

This extended format allows the body and spirit to move widely and deeply — with enough time to arrive, open, explore, release, and land.

GaiYatra

GaiYatra doesn’t play sets — he opens journeys. His work lives at the intersection of ceremony, rhythm, and relationship, where sound becomes a living dialogue with the dancefloor.

His musical language weaves organic textures, deep bass, and gentle psychedelic edges, moving through mystical, ecstatic, tender, raw, playful, and deeply uplifting states. Drawing from years of travel and immersion - including India, the Middle East, drumming circles, shamanic journeys, and intentional festival spaces — his sound is guided less by genre and more by feeling.

GaiYatra listens. He reads the room. Each journey is shaped in real time, responding to the collective energy present. No two Ceremonias are the same - each is a one-time story that leaves behind a subtle shift, a softness, a remembering.

For GaiYatra, DJing is not performance.
