Candlelit Yin & Sound Journey

As we enter the Year of the Fire Horse, join us for a gentle candlelit descent into softness, stillness, and deep release. Through nourishing yin postures, we’ll open the body slowly and intentionally, allowing time and gravity to soften the tissues and unwind layers of held tension. This is a practice of deep listening — a somatic inquiry into sensation, breath, and the subtle places within that long to be acknowledged. As the body settles, mantra and sound will weave through the space, quieting the mind and guiding you inward toward a more spacious and sacred presence.

Intimate and restorative, this evening is an exploration of the power of slowness and the quiet medicine of stillness. Sound becomes a pathway, posture becomes prayer, and rest becomes remembrance. We will close with Yoga Nidra, offering the nervous system a final invitation to surrender, so you may emerge grounded, open, and gently reconnected to the divine essence within.
