Authentic Relating

Join us for an afternoon of community, connection, and deeper authenticity. Through playful yet profound practices, you’ll discover new ways of communicating, listening, and expressing yourself in a safe, supportive space.

Authentic Relating (AR) is the art of being real with one another—bringing presence, vulnerability, and curiosity into our interactions. These practices invite us to slow down, notice what’s alive within and between us, and share from a place of truth. By doing so, we cultivate greater empathy, trust, and connection in our relationships—whether with loved ones, colleagues, or new friends.

This workshop will include guided exercises, paired and group activities, and space for reflection and integration. No prior experience is needed—just bring your openness to explore, connect, and be seen.

The session will be led by Isamar, who will gently guide the group into deeper awareness, authenticity, and connection.

Isamar was born and raised in a small town in Costa Rica. In 2011, at the age of 19, she began living and traveling all over Asia seeking out the knowledge and wisdom of all the holistic arts. Having received multiple yoga teacher trainings in India, Thailand, and China, as well as extensive trainings in sound healing, meditation, breathwork, numerous body work methodologies, and a long training in the art of Authentic relating, her journey of self healing has transformed into a path of service.  In 2020 she returned to Costa Rica and has been an active member in the healing community in the southern jungles of the Osa peninsula
