Come shake away the stress of old patterns to make room for new opportunities this full moon through “assomatic” release through the power of twerking!

 Even in nature, when animals feel distressed or tension, they shake as a method of regulating their nervous system back to homeostasis. Us humans animals can make it fun, and why not do it by learning to shake your bum?!

 You are invited this full moon to let go and learn simple techniques as to how to move your hips and lower lumbar to get that jiggle and wiggle just right. If dance is your personal prayer, what is it that you can’t say with words and tears that you may be able to radically express through the are of movement and sweat? 

It is encouraged to show up on time, as participants will be guided into 30 minutes of warmup stretches before going into technical learning, adaptation, and a bit of choreo so you can show off to your friends later!

Troy has been trained in disciplines of ballet, contemporary, samba, vogue, hip hop, and yoga for the last 8 years, beginning his formal training innDenver Colorado at the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance School. We are just a excited s he is to bring this fun and sexy modality of healing for all people to Injoy!
