Kristyn Rose is a Yoga practitioner and guide from Canada, deeply rooted in the teachings of Hatha Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Kristyn believes in Yoga as medicine for our times, creating nurturing spaces that foster deep rest, self-awareness, and reconnection through stillness, compassion, and mindfulness. Her teachings guide individuals toward renewal, clarity, and peace, empowering them to cultivate presence, purpose, and embodied wisdom.
