About Soteria Spyridakos

Soteria comes from a family line of Spartan Farmer-Warrior-Healer / Seer’s. And she honors them and their love & guidance through this body of healing arts. 

She is a lover of all things pertaining to the mystical realms of spirit and the nourishing splendour of earth-nature. Food, fragrance, family & the relational web of humanity reminds her of the center point between heaven and earth. 

She is in service to understanding this trinity and being a bridge for others to interface with their soul, soma, earth connection.  

She brings 25 years of practicing, studying, and experiencing the world of healing arts so that she may come to know herself, others and life more deeply while listening to the omens of spirit and earth. 

Her background blends structural massage therapy, Chinese medicine, medical intuition, energy medicine & mediumship, aroma point therapy, authentic relating and core energetic principles.

She encourages others to listen to their wisdom through the body/soma to feel resourced and live more enthusiastically.
