IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:Â
- The meditation is 45 minutes. Always come 5 minutes before and stay throughout the entire practice.
- The meditation takes place in the main Shala, except when there is another event there. In this case it would be held in te River Shala.
The meditation is free of charge and doesn't require RSVP at this point.Â
