About the event
Through Contact Improvisation and Systemic Embodiment, we experience a profound dimension of moving and being moved, listening and being heard, seeing and being seen. This workshop explores our bodies in movement independently and with partners.
Contact Improvisation skills help us widen and deepen our movement vocabulary for organic and joyful dances. The focus of our work comes from a place of authenticity, playfulness and ease.
A Word From The Teachers: Katrin Oberrauner & Ben Croker, trained systemic constellation and holistic dance facilitators.
We are nomadic dance teachers who have been teaching movement approaches for over 10 years. Our vision is to create connecting experiences between people, nature, and the visible and invisible worlds through truthful, non-judgmental and touching encounters.
We use contact improvisation basics and follow a systemic embodiment approach to create meaningful and nourishing connections with open-minded people and places worldwide.
This workshop serves people interested in deepening their relationships with themselves and others.
