We are excited to begin offering a Tuesday evening flow with Karuna offering Candlelight Yoga 7:15-8:30 Gentle therapeutic and meditative Self-Awakening Yoga movement inquiries, followed by Yoga Nidra and gentle healing touch with aromatherapy.
