Body awareness and contact dance

Come join us in an in-depth practice of body awareness and contact dance. 

The workshop will include a mix of guided exercises and open jam. 

What’s contact dance?

It’s a form of dance that’s practiced alone and/or with partners. It’s a very open and interpretive way to communicate from body to body without using words. There’s no right or wrong way to dance and every dance is unique. 

All levels are welcome, from absolute beginners to 20+ years veterans 

We (Fernando & Forrest) have each practiced contact dance for several years and are excited to help bring freshness to the dance of others.
