An all-levels vinyasa flow grounded in the breath. Conrad leads us through an intentionally curated blend of asanas designed to connect us more deeply with our bodies, and ourselves. Each posture with purpose, we use subtle body awareness and distinct cues to transcend layers of thought and gain a greater sense of clarity and ease. Conrad uses gentle hands-on adjustments to create a safe and nurturing environment that invites us deeper into our practice. 

Meet your facilitator:

Conrad has been living in Costa Rica for almost 7 years now, infusing his practice with the grounded and connected energy of the jungle. With introspection at the heart of his journey, Conrad found meditation and yoga to be the pillars of his lifestyle since leaving behind his old lifestyle in search of truth and community. Conrad uses his presence and gentle touch to create a nurturing and supportive space that allows us to dive deeper into our psyches and bodies. 

With his foundational 200hr training centered on the style of Vinyasa Yoga, Conrad has furthered his studies in Yin Yoga and the Art of Assisting to create a style based in the experiential knowledge of the body. Currently studying to become a somatic experiencing counselor, Conrad carries an awareness beyond the asanas - making his classes a holistic and integrated experience.
