Friday November 4th, Maud (one of our Awakeners) will be offering a workshop on “Embodying Empathy” from 7-9pm in the Surya Shala to warm us up for the weekend! Open to all — let’s deepen our understanding of what empathy is and how to embody it more fully with ourselves and others through experiential exercises, movement and sharing 🙌💗
