Authentic Relating Workshop with Maud Urbas

This Friday, you’re invited to join us for an Authentic Relating workshop on the theme of "Exploring our Impact in Relating" Refining our awareness of the impact we have on others and that others have on us… Feeling empowered to bring our present moment experience when we’re listening to someone… Playing with embodiment to reveal what’s alive in a different way… We’ll dive into this theme through deep, nourishing and playful experiences in pairs and small groups. Maud, one of Awake’s residents, is passionate about creating spaces for self-connection, conscious communication & embodiment and will be facilitating this practice.
